Accounts may be suspended or terminated for:

💰 Refund Policy
- When Refunds Apply
Eligible for a full refund if:
✅ Course not started
✅ No downloads made
✅ Request within 14 days of payment
Refunds also apply to verified technical issues.
- Non-Refundable Items
- Digital materials once downloaded
- Admin fee of £40.00
- Completed courses or certification attempts
- Requesting a Refund
